The Placement Cell of Trinity College is dedicated to providing students with the necessary skills, training, and opportunities to secure employment in their chosen fields. Our mission is to foster a strong relationship between the college, students, and industry partners, ensuring that our students are well-prepared to meet the demands of the professional world. TCEP aims to guide students to choose right career and to give knowledge, skill, and aptitude and meet the manpower requirements of the Industry.

OBJECTIVES

1. To provide career guidance and counseling to students.
2. To organize training and development programs that enhance students’ employability skills.
3. To establish relationships with industry partners and facilitate campus recruitments, providing students with job opportunities.
4. To maintain a database of students and companies, ensuring that students are matched with suitable job openings.
