FDP’S, NATIONAL SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS

The Research and Innovation Cell organized an Awareness Session on Research Aptitude and Research Survey for final-year students. The session, delivered by Asst. Prof. Jessy Julian, highlighted the importance of research skills and ethics.

Trinity College Jalandhar, in collaboration with the Catholic Higher Education Society, organized a one-day National Seminar on “Higher Education at the Cross Road” featuring Prof. Vinay Kumar and Dr. Lovi Raj Gupta.

The IPR Cell organized an Awareness Session on Intellectual Property Rights for final-year students. Dr. Neetu Khanna focused on the importance of patents, copyrights, and trademarks in the digital age.

A seven-day AICTE–ATAL sponsored Faculty Development Programme on “Enhancing Teaching and Research through Advanced Computing” was successfully conducted for faculty members across India.

Conducted in collaboration with the Staff Welfare Committee, this FDP focused on the role of teachers under NEP 2020 and Career Advancement Schemes (CAS) for faculty development.

The IPR Cell organized a seminar on “Ethical Considerations in Intellectual Property Rights.” Mr. Brijesh Juneja addressed issues like plagiarism, patent infringement, and copyright violations.

The Department of Sciences organized a two-day lecture series titled “Bio-Tech Horizons: Greener Solutions, Smarter Innovations” featuring expert talks on biotechnology-driven waste management.

Celebrated by the Department of Sciences and sponsored by the Punjab Biodiversity Board at Kanjli Wetland. The theme focused on Harmony with Nature and Sustainable Development.
