Admission Guide

Academic Protocol

Everything you need to know about joining Trinity College, from documentation to academic policies.

Required Documents

Original and photocopy of marks card of qualifying exam.

Photocopy of Aadhar card (Student & Parents).

Character certificate from previous institution.

4 Student photos + 1 photo of each parent.

Photocopy of bank passbook front page.

Students from boards other than GNDU, PU, or PSEB must submit an eligibility/migration certificate from GNDU, Amritsar within the prescribed timeframe.

SC/BC/Tribe: Must attach certificate from competent authority.

Gap in Studies: Must submit an attested Gap Affidavit.

Academic Flexibility

Change in Subject or Stream

TDC Part I or +1 students may apply within 15 days of commencement.

Use the prescribed application form.
Payment of prescribed fee required.
Must be signed by parents/guardians.
Change is at the student's own risk.

Essential Rules

Regulation 1

Principal reserves the right to grant or cancel admission without reason.

Regulation 2

Compartment (PSEB) in +2 may join provisionally subject to clearing in Sept.

Regulation 3

Compartment in Matric may join +1 provisionally subject to clearing in Aug.

Regulation 4

Deposit 1st installment of dues on the day of admission.

Regulation 5

Foreign nationals/NRIs must contact the office before applying.

Regulation 6

Admission is purely provisional subject to GNDU registration.

Regulation 7

No admission based on confidential result cards.

50% course fee concession provided to all Divyangan students.

Examination Policy

Extra time or Scribes provided as per GNDU guidelines.
