Opening
The meeting started with a blissful prayer by Rev. Sister Elseena, followed by a welcome address by Dr. Neetu Khanna, the IQAC Coordinator.
Discussion Points
IQAC presented its review report for the month of July 2025. Dr. Neetu highlighted the number of activities conducted during the month and their reporting status.
Ms. Shilpa, Chairperson of the Infra and Resource Mobilization Committee, raised concern regarding mismatching of stock recorded in the register and bill clearance. She suggested creation of one centralized stock room.
After discussion, it was decided that all material received in the college, after entry in the gate register, will be kept in the store room located in the Director’s office.
Rev. Fr. Peter announced that every bill will first be signed by the Chairperson of the concerned committee, then approved by the Director and forwarded to the accountant for payment.
The Chairperson of the Sports Committee reported about the sports trials to be conducted in the next month.
Asst. Prof. Anju informed the house about the number of placements of pass-out students during the month of July.
The Chairperson of the Admission Committee reported 476 new admissions and shared the plan of the school adoption programme named ‘Saarthi’ to promote admissions in the next year.
Asst. Prof. Nidhi shared information about the upcoming investiture ceremony for the college cabinet students. She suggested celebrating Teacher’s Day at department level by students and organizing one faculty get-together in collaboration with the Staff Welfare Committee.
Rev. Sr. Gloria, Chairperson of the Cultural Committee, shared her concern regarding the responsibilities assigned to the Cultural Committee as a core committee.
Rev. Fr. Peter clarified the concern and suggested involving students in organizing and participation.
Asst. Prof. Samriti shared the progress report of the Senior Secondary Wing mentioning the induction programme and unit tests.
Dr. Monika informed about research publications and the research support being provided to teachers to promote research work.
Rev. Sr. Elseena reported about the staff welfare activities conducted during the month of July.
Dr. Ajay Prashar, Chairperson of the Academic Committee, shared observations from student feedback on the teaching-learning process, emphasized sharing weekly lesson plans with students, and informed about the number of academic days and syllabus coverage during July.
