The P.G. Department of Commerce organized an industrial visit and educational trip for students to Navyug India Ltd and Hardy’s World, Ludhiana, with the objective of providing industrial exposure. At Navyug India Ltd, a 100% export unit, students gained valuable insights into manufacturing processes and innovative technologies, experiencing real-world industrial applications. The visit enhanced their understanding of industry practices and operations. The trip also included a visit to Hardy’s World, Ludhiana, where students participated in recreational activities, enjoying rides, games, and group experiences. The programme served as a balanced combination of practical learning and relaxation. The Department of Computer Science organized a one-day educational trip to Ludhiana, in which 25 students participated along with faculty members. The trip aimed to provide a blend of educational exposure, entertainment, and team-building opportunities. Students visited the zoo, where they explored and learned about various animal species, followed by a visit to the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum, which provided insights into the history and heritage of the region. The trip concluded with a visit to Hardy’s World, where students enjoyed various recreational activities and rides, making the experience both enjoyable and enriching. The Faculty of Arts & Languages organized a one-day educational trip to Dalhousie on 7th March 2026, with the participation of 31 students and faculty members. The purpose of the trip was to provide educational exposure along with recreational and team-building experiences. During the visit, students explored the historical significance of Dalhousie and visited prominent locations including Bijji Park, Green Valley View, Snow Point, and Khajjiar. The trip enabled students to experience natural beauty while enhancing learning beyond the classroom, making it both informative and refreshing.
