The Department of Cosmetology, Trinity College Jalandhar, successfully organized a Three-Day Free Masterclass aimed at providing aspiring beauty professionals with hands-on training, industry exposure, and insights into the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology. The event witnessed an overwhelming response, with 65 participants, including several students from outside the institution, actively engaging in practical and theoretical learning sessions. The masterclass was carefully designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry requirements, enabling participants to develop professional skills and gain a deeper understanding of career opportunities in the beauty and wellness sector. The programme commenced with a comprehensive session on Skin Care and Facial Treatments, where participants learned about skin anatomy, skin analysis, skincare procedures, and professional clean-up techniques. Through practical demonstrations and hands-on activities, students gained valuable experience in delivering effective skincare services. The second day focused on Makeup and Hairstyling, introducing participants to advanced makeup concepts, professional application techniques, and contemporary hairstyling methods. The session provided exposure to modern beauty trends and equipped students with essential skills required in the ever-evolving beauty industry. The final day featured an intensive session on Nail Anatomy and Advanced Nail Technology, where participants received practical training in nail extensions, advanced nail drill techniques, and the use of professional nail tools and equipment.
