TRINITY CENTRE OF EMPLOYABILITY AND PLACEMENT ORGANIZED MOCK INTERVIEW FOR FINAL YEAR STUDENTS

The Trinity Centre of Employability and Placement cell organized the mock interview process at Trinity College Jalandhar. It was structured in two phases: preliminary and final round, meticulously designed to simulate a real-world interview experience and enhance students’ preparedness for future job opportunities. The preliminary round involved a total of 24 students, who were divided into two different panels to facilitate a more focused and effective evaluation of their interview skills; the first panel was notably led by Rev. Fr Peter, while Principal Dr. Ajay Prashar headed the second. This division allowed for a more personalized assessment of each student’s strengths and areas for improvement. 19 students were shortlisted.
The final round mock interview was held on 28th March 2025,The external panel conducted interview with 15 students, further narrowing down the pool and mirroring the typical progression of a multi-stage interview process in professional settings.
The Mock interview was both insightful and impactful wherein students gained a lot of things.
