INSTITUTIONAL INNOVATION CELL
The primary mandate of IIC is to encourage, inspire and nurture young students by supporting them to work with new ideas while they are in formative years. Trinity Institutional Innovation Cell work in collaboration with all the departments. Each Department is supported and guided for setting up their incubation centres and motivate the students to initiate their setups on commercial level.
In Session 2020-21, Students from Dept. of Cosmetology launched a beauty cream with brand name Hazel.
Similarly, one student Mr. Anuj Thapa from Department of Commerce was trained for digital marketing and was included in team of college social media team for handling college social media pages.
Mr. Philip from Department of Computer Science was appointed as an intern for designing college graphics.
Science students developed working model for Hydraulic lift.
WOMEN CELL
Education has unfolded numerous vistas for the women to exercise their potential in different areas. There is not even a single field where women have not established a landmark for themselves. Keeping the need of realizing the potential of women in mind ,Trinity College, inaugurated the women cell on 21st August,2010.
The cell is established with the aim of empowering and orienting women to recognize their true potential and to help them attain their own stand in a competing world. Its goal is the overall development of the female students and the faculty . It also helps in creating awareness about important issues related to women and provides a forum for discussion. Women Empowerment Cell seeks to mould the young women force in the campus to achieve thriving mile stones of success in their life. It also seeks to empower young women to attain emotional, physical and mental freedom to withstand the changing phases throughout their life. Women Cell functions with the added aim to enhance self-esteem of young women and empower them in taking pertinent decisions.
Objectives-

ANTI-RAGGING CELL & ANTI- HARASSMENT CELL
The college caters to the need of every student who steps in. There is an “Anti- Ragging Cell” headed by experienced faculty members of the institution where the students can approach individually to address their problems. The identity of the student is kept confidential in such matters and the problem is solved within two days of the complaint. We assure a healthy college campus.
INTERNAL COMPLAINT COMMITTEE
An “Internal Complaint Committee” is established in the campus to provide a healthy and congenial atmosphere to the students especially girls of the College. The cell promotes measures aimed at achieving gender equality, removal of gender bias or discrimination, sexual harassment and other acts of gender based violence. The cell ensures that all information pertaining either to complaints registered and the proceedings and findings of any inquiries and/or investigations are kept strictly confidential. ICC functions as per Sexual Harassment Prevention Act 2013.
GRIEVANCE CELL
The college is student oriented and is concerned about the well being of each student. For the smooth grooming of the students the college has instituted the “Grievance Cell” where the students can approach the staff in-charge of the cell and get redressal for their grievances. The cell acts as a bridge between the students and the management. Here, the students can share their opinions and valuable suggestions to make the environment of the college more conducive and progressive.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT CELL
“The education system should highlight the importance of entrepreneurship and prepare the students right from the school and college education to get oriented towards setting up of enterprises which will provide them creativity, freedom and ability to generate wealth” :-Dr APJ Abdul Kalam
Introduction- Entrepreneurship development cell is an initiative by the department of commerce of Trinity College ,under which college strives to create job providers rather than job seekers . The cell was incorporated in 2016-17. Since then cell has organized various Entrepreneurship awareness camps,industrial visits and related activities to make students and faculty of the region aware of the need,scope and development of the entrepreneurship.

To organize guest lectures and seminars etc for the promotion and growth of entrepreneurial spirit among the students.

PLACEMENT CELL
“THE PLACEMENT CELL” of the college aspires to provide career guidance and placement opportunities to the students. The main purpose of establishing this cell is to provide up to date information of all job opportunities to the students so that they can have a bright future with reputed jobs. Training & Placement Cell of Trinity College is established with an objective of not only securing placements for the students but also to make them competent enough to face the corporate world.
ARTIFACT CLUB
The club was initiated in the year 2005. Since then, it has been keeping its eye fixed upon encompassing various societies such as ‘Phulwari’, ‘Literary Daffodils’, ‘Tirangani Sahit Sabha’ which attract the youthful vigor of the students of Arts Department every year. The basic Objective of this Club is to provide a platform to exhibit the hidden talents of the students of Arts Department.
THE TECHNOCRATS CLUB
The Technocrats club was established by the Computer Science department in 2005, to direct the energy of its students in creative and constructive arena by providing opportunity for self development and knowledge enhancement. The club provides opportunity for students to participate in various competitions like inter-college, inter-class, youth festivals etc.
DYNAMIC BUSINESS CLUB
Dynamic Business Club is an association of students of Commerce Department established in the year 2005. The basic purpose of the club is to ensure holistic development of the students. The club provides a platform to its members to exhibit their hidden talents along with their academic growth.
The club animators guide and mentor the students and motivate them to take part actively in club’s activities. The club works through office bearers selected within students.
Panorama of activities conducted by the club includes variety of curricular and extra-curricular activities namely student development programmes, industrial visits, trips and excursions, expert talks, comfest etc.
The club aims to inculcate among students the spirit of confidence, skills of team building and art of effective leadership. The club bridges the gap between the students’ knowledge and essential soft skills required to fit in corporate world.
ECONOMICA CLUB
“Economica” is an association of Economics students for their overall development. This club confers a title ‘Economist of Trinity’ every year on a student who excels in academics and co-curricular activities. Every year the club organises various activities like article writing, mock interview, paper presentation, debate etc. Various prizes are given to the students to encourage and to boost them throughout the year. A cash prize and a merit certificate is given to the Economist of Trinity.
