INAUGURATION OF ARTIFACT CLUB BY FACULTY OF ARTS

The Faculty of Arts inaugurated Artifact club formally for the new session and conducted Zenith, a competitive program for the students of the department. The program commenced with prayer at 1:30 pm in Bishop Symphorian Hall. All were welcomed warmly by the coordinator of Artifact club Asst. Prof. Daljeet Kaur. Rev. Sr. Elseena the Head of the department chaired the programme . Departmental highlights were presented through Power Point. The badges to the newly constituted office bearers of Artifact club were given. Ms. Prabhjot of BA final year was selected as President of the club. Academic toppers were awarded with prizes. Ms. Tapsi of MA final year was awarded with a medal of academic excellence for securing distinction in University Examination. Prizes were also given to the winners of various competitions conducted under Zenith. Rev. Sr. Elseena, in her message, motivated the students to exhibit their talents through various activities and also encouraged them to be disciplined and responsible. Dr. Malkiat Singh co- coordinator of the club presented a formal vote of thanks. The program ended with the National anthem.
