STUDENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME ON IMAGE PROCESSNG IN PHOTOSHOP BY DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Department of Computer Science organized Student Development Program. The Resource Person was Mr. Arvinder Singh, Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager, The Source Bell Electronics, Canada. The program began with a prayer song. Asst. Prof. Manveet Kaur gave a welcome speech. The program was organised in two sessions. The Technical Session -1, began with the discussion on basic usage of Image processing. He explained the tools, menus and palettes of the Photoshop. He explained how the students can grow in their career in the field of Image Processing. He also explained the advance features of Photoshop.
The Technical Session -2 was in the Computer Lab,there students practically implemented the photoshop techniques learned in technical session-1. On this occasion, Dr. Ajay Prashar, The Principal, Dr. Puja Gaba, Dean Academics, Asst. Prof Jessy Julian, H.O.D, Dept of Computer Science, Asst. Prof Rajinder Kaur, Asst. Prof Manveet kaur and Asst. Prof Kritika were present. Dr. Ajay Prashar, The Principal gave the words of wisdom. On this auspicious occasion, The volunteers of Technocrat Club were given badges. All the technocrats took the oath in front of the delegates for their duties and responsibilities. The stage was managed by Anu from BCA-III year and Ernest, a Student of BCA II year gave a formal Vote of Thanks to the august gathering.
