Faculty of Arts
The departments set the ball rolling in July 2002. The department left no stone unturned to nurture the students with value based teaching. Department inaugurated its club for department activities named as Artifact Club in the session 2006-2007. Various subjects namely English, Hindi, Punjabi, Elective English, Elective Hindi, Elective Punjabi, History, Mathematics, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Philosophy have been taught in the department.

Department of Commerce
Trinity College expanded its wings by starting the department of Commerce in 2004. In order to emphasise excellence in education and co-curricular activities the department has a club known as Dynamic Business Club. Post-Graduation (M.Com) has been started in the year 2015.

The department of Commerce envisages to prepare a pool of future entrepreneurs and professionally trained corporate leaders who will further the cause of the progress of Punjab in particular and India on the whole.

Department of Computer Science
The department was set in motion on 15 July,2002. The Technocrats club has been established for nurturing the computer youth of Trinity College.

Objectives
Upon successful completion of a major in computer and information sciences, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving techniques using the computer
- Demonstrate comprehension of modern software engineering principles
- Demonstrate the breadth and depth of knowledge in the discipline of computer science
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts both orally and in writing.
- Appropriate, occasional innovation of our curriculum so that it incorporates ever-changing Computer Science technology.
Department of Economics
The department of Economics was started in the year 2005. Department introduced Economica club on 25 August,2012 to mould upcoming Economists of Trinity.

Department of Sciences
“The science of today is the technology of tomorrow”- By Edward Teller.
The department of Science of Trinity College also works on the same principal.
The Department of Science was established in 2017 with a view to train the
students desirous of learning, understanding, teaching and practicing various
aspects of sciences. With highly qualified faculty and well equipped science
laboratories, department gives a broad coverage of most common branches of
Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology in keeping with the interdisciplinary
nature of the subjects today.

Objectives
- To graduate professionally qualified personnel who are necessary for the service of the community and the government plans and programs of development, education and industry within the country.
- To conduct academic and industrial scientific research necessary for the improvement of the quality life of the people of the region.
- To contribute to the improvement of the public at the scientific cultural awareness via academic conferences and workshops.

Department has signed MoU with Insect Bio-pesticide Research Center
(IBRC) to provide research exposure to the students.
By working over the principle of “Recycling Organic Waste”,
department has established and maintaining Vermi-composting Unit
which also makes department self sustainable.
Botanical garden of the department contains flora of every plant group.
A well maintained museum with vast collections of specimens and models.
Department conducts various activities including Student Development
Programmes, Health check up camps, Educational tours, Guest lectures,
Quiz competitions, seminars along with field visits for holistic growth of
the student.
Sports Department
The inculcation of the spirit of sportsmanship in the students of Trinity College, furthering the
talent, nurturing the potential of sports and achieving excellence in sports at the university, state and National level have been the prime objective of the department. Keeping the above objectives in mind, the sports department has been working relentlessly for the overall growth of the sports stunners. Many feathers have been added to the cap of the department since its inception.
